Over the weekend, you'll dive into the fundamentals: from exploring various construction techniques to mapping out your creative vision, we'll equip you with essential skills to bring your ideas to life. Expect to unravel the mysteries of jewelry-making, troubleshoot construction challenges, and unleash your inner designer as we delve into core design principles.

Through engaging activities focused on observational drawing, meticulous planning, drawing gemstones, understanding fabrication considerations in relation to the body, and articulating design ideas to potential clients, you'll gain invaluable insights into the art of jewelry design.

Students can anticipate leaving the workshop having gained knowledge around drawing and design for jewelry as well as finished drawings of potential works to create. No prior experience is necessary; all you need is a passion for creativity and a desire to learn.

This is a drawing and design workshop; we will not be making any physical objects from metal.
